Updating your contact details

Whether you’re a member or a registered organisation, please make sure that we have your latest and most accurate contact information. We will be transferring data into a new database in the coming months so it would help to check with us if we have the correct details for you / your organisation. We need changes in writing, including if you are changing your organisation’s name / merging with another organisation / adding or changing a contact person and their details.

The members section of this website has a Discussion Forum with lead topics waiting for contributions from our members. The Knowledge Portal also has materials available for download by members. We encourage members to make use of this special section!

We regularly receive a number of media inquiries about volunteers and the work of not-for-profit / community / volunteer-involving organisations. We do our best to facilitate introductions between the media and volunteer-involving organisations. These may lead to opportunities for profiling your organisation and the good work that you do. It would help for us to have the contact details staff/volunteers who are in the roles mentioned above or who handle media inquiries / publicity /promotion / similar.

Did you know that you can feature your network on our website? Just send us information such as a description of your network and its members; your activities and meeting dates / venues; the contact person / s or convenors / s that people who are interested can speak with about joining / attending one of your meetings.

...on events / training / other relevant details are automatically considered for inclusion in appropriate sections on our website and highlighted as an item in our fortnightly eBulletin. This is especially so if the information is sent to the Communications Manager. Please indicate if/when you would prefer that we did not upload information you send us on our site and for wider distribution through the eBulletin.
