Volunteering Victoria runs an online volunteer referral database, Viktor Online.  Members are entitled to unlimited advertisements on Viktor.

As well, when you advertise roles in Viktor they are automatically forwarded to the Victorian Government’s volunteering portal, I Can Do That - meaning twice the exposure for your role.

What else?

The first time you advertise with us we will require copies of your certificates of currency for Personal Accident and Public Liability insurance.

How long will it take for my ad to appear on Viktor?

Viktor is updated as needed from Monday to Wednesday every week.

Once the position is loaded, simply search Viktor yourself to check how your ad appears to volunteers (enter the postcode - it's quickest).

How can volunteers contact me about the role?

Viktor Online allows volunteers to generate an Expression of Interest which is sent directly to you. Volunteering Victoria is not involved in the process of screening or assessing volunteers.  It is up to you to follow up with applicants as per your normal recruitment processes.

How much does it cost?
