The Victorian Youth Mentoring Alliance (VYMA) is the peak body for youth mentoring in Victoria. Since its establishment in 2005 the Alliance has become broadly accepted as providing the voice of youth mentoring programs in Victoria. It provides leadership and expertise to ensure the growth of quality youth mentoring across Victoria. 

The VYMA’s activities include:

•           A central point of information and resources

•           Promoting the benefits of youth mentoring

•           Professional development forums

•           Practice-based networks

•           A referral service to people or organisations interested in youth mentoring

•           Advice and support to organisations who are establishing new programs

•           Advocating to government and other supporters
